Battle for our deposits back!

The campsite was very good, great pools and accommodation and throughly enjoyed our stay until our departure. We left early, before 8am and due to this the office was closed and I have now spent 3mths chasing my deposit I paid for chalet and cot, €100 in total. I only paid €250 to stay 3 nights so... a big extra cost in comparison They have said they will return it, then ignore my emails and in this has left a bitter taste as we paid in good faith, cash as requested which makes me wonder their ethics and taking advantage of their foreign customers.

We loved this place . We stayed for 18 days and left this morning feeling really sad . It has everything you could possibly want and you really don't need to venture out . The onsite restaurants are amazing and staff are lovely. Reception staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble . We stayed... at playa montroig last year and thought nothing would compare to it . How wrong we were ? This was our very first time getting and it definitely won't be our last . We stayed in cottage wellness and it was lovely especially having a jacuzzi on the decking . We had to restrain ourselves from taking the kittens home ❤️x

We stayed here with our campervan. From the start I was a bit nervous because I contacted the site several times when Bookings opened to ask about availability of beach pitches. I booked anyway without getting a response. On arrival we walked to our pitch when another camper family told us that people... were moved on from our pitch the previous week as the pitch was being erroded by the sea. We went back to reception and they told us go look at other pitches and come back. When we went back to ey said oh that’s not available or this isn’t available. We eventually got a pitch. It was tight for our camper but once we were set up it was fine. The site itself is great. Could not fault it. Lots to do. Plenty for the kids. The beach bar is lovely. When leaving we met another camper van who had a pitch booked but it was taken and they had to go find a free one. I would go back as I made note of the bigger pitches but I would be worried about the customer services and you could be left disappointed.

Fantastic camping site it's clean we are about 50 metres from the beach. Fantastic restaurants to choose from and high quality food nice to spend a fortnight here.its a big site but everything you need is here.good shops and site is safe it's a place you can settle into straight away.

Just back from a fabulous holiday at this site. Pools are lovely and clean, kids loved the slides and the jacuzzi was a great addition. We found all the staff helpful and polite. Having lots of inflatables/games/buckets etc to borrow from Eurocamp reception was so useful. We headed to the beach, a few... minutes walk away every night where there are lovely bars. Accommodation was basic but clean and great for our family with a nice seating area.
There wasn't a lot of children's entertainment as we were just out of season but this didn't bother us .. perfect holiday, I would definitely return.
