Molecaten Park Waterbos is located a few minutes from the cosy and quiet beach of Rockanje on the Zuid-Holland island of Voorne. Besides the coast, the area also offers beautiful large forests and cosy villages. It is a cosy holiday park with beautiful and versatile surroundings. Rotterdam is a short distance away and has plenty to offer everyone.

Molecaten Park Waterbos is located a few minutes cycling from the lively town of Rockanje on the South Holland island of Voorne. Rockanje is a beautiful seaside resort on the North Sea coast. There is a wide choice of beach pavilions where you can enjoy your holiday with a snack and a drink. Molecaten Park Waterbos is located directly on the Voornes Dune. An 850-hectare beach, forest and dune area, where every nature lover can indulge and where you can be active. Spot the most colourful butterflies and the natterjack toad in the dune pools. Visit Faunapark Flakkee in Nieuwe Tonge with the children. Here they will meet Australian parakeets, birds of prey, owls, kangaroos, emus, ponies, capybaras, turtles, coatis and so on. There is also a cuddle paddock where plenty of petting is allowed. Culture buffs can take a day trip to Rotterdam, which is rich in museums. For example, visit the Boijmans van Beuningen or the more experimental KunstHal.

Reservations on the day of arrival can be made no later than 12:00. Please note that check-in times are between 16:00 and 17:00. Arriving at the park later than 17:00 is not possible.

Positive experience:
Nur 700m vom Meer entfernt. Man durfte in dem vorhandenen Teich angeln. Es war sehr sauber.

Points of improvement:
Leider war das Schwimmbad sehr klein aber da das Meer direkt um die Ecke war hat uns das nichts ausgemacht.

Positive experience:
Es ist sehr Familien freundlich , ruhig und eine Atmosphäre wo man einfach abschalten kann. Evtl. Könnte man für die Kids einen Indoor Spielplatz anbieten damit auch die Tage an denen es regnet auch gut beschäftigt ist.
