The value of the houses and the equipment are great (except for the kitchen technology) The location of the houses on the lake is wonderful, a relaxing haven of peace to switch off at any time of year.

Points for improvement:
The access to the lake could be extended a little or made ready for guests, even if it's just filling up the ground so that the area can be used optimally.

The kitchen appliances are very inferior for the new year of construction of the houses. The dishwasher is extremely noisy and the cooker only works poorly. The choice of IGNIS appliances has been made in the wrong place. Otherwise everything is top quality and furnished with love.

Small park with neat, tidy, modern and spacious houses. We had access to a sauna in the house; lovely.
