Oostappen park Boschbeek has been taken over by Oostappen as of July 2020. The small-scale holiday park has simple and quietly located bungalows and mobile homes with parking in the woods. The holiday park also offers camper pitches with all necessary facilities and camping pitches in the middle of greenery.
There is plenty to do around the holiday park. For example, take a beautiful bike ride through National Nature Park De Meinweg or take a trip to one of the many villages in the area.

The surroundings of Oostappen park Boschbeek are fairytale-like. You will find picturesque church villages such as Melick, Herkenbosch and Vlodrop. Go out and explore the beautiful nature in the valley of the river Roer on your own. Pay a visit to National Nature Park De Meinweg and its visitor centre. Relax on a trip through the vast forests and along the babbling lakes. In addition, trips to the white town of Thorn, the Velvet Cave and the castle ruins in Valkenburg should not be missed. Positive experience:
We arrived in the evening really much later than expected due to breakdown on the road.
We arrived at 21.40 , the appointment was 20.15.

But we still received a very warm welcome.

Points of improvement:
The only minus point I found was the fridge,there was no freezer in it.
I understand you can't have everything.but because it is a park without facilities and shop.it might be an idea to put fridges with freezers in the cottages i.v.m. groceries.

Old but clean bungalow

Areas for improvement:
No bread service (there is no shop so you have to go to village for bakery)
Too small TV
No WiFi if there was it would be an ideal park to work in
