The Camping Village Roma Capitol is a holiday centre built on the protected "Pineta di Castel Fusano" Reserve in Ostia Antica. Its strategic position less than an hour from the city of Rome and from Rome Fiumicino Airport makes it a perfect location both for cultural and religious trips in Rome and for a relaxing sea holiday on the beach of "Lido di Ostia".

Ideally situated close to the city of Rome and the coast, the Roma Capitol campsite welcomes you for total Italian immersion. You can enjoy 3 swimming pools, including a semi-Olympic pool for the more active, a paddling pool for the little ones and a relaxation area with spa. The campsite offers a range of activities for all ages: miniature golf, a multi-sports pitch, tennis, volleyball, etc. Family entertainment is also organised twice a week from June to September. In terms of services, the Roma Capitol campsite offers a bar, restaurant and pizzeria.

I liked the swimming pools and the scheduled entertainment.
Paving stones in the traffic areas, the eco-friendly campsite (selective sorting...), the restaurant where you can eat very well and the pizzas are excellent.

Nothing to improve.

Very good location, close to the beach and the metro to Rome. Great welcome. Restaurant and grocery shop very convenient. Very good quality water park, pools and children's games. Highly recommended!

Magnificent campsite, conveniently located 30 minutes' walk from the metro station to Rome. Beautiful pine forest and peaceful setting. Plenty of space. Pools not open at the start of the season, which is a shame...

Well situated campsite, close to the beach, shops, leisure activities (horse riding, cycling, educational farm) and 20 minutes from the centre of Rome (by car, or 1 hour by train from the nearby station).
Helpful and discreet staff, high standard clientele, quality services (swimming pool, activities, sanitary facilities, laundry, ball games, children's games...), in an idyllic setting: in the middle of a vast park of pine trees.

We had a holiday the beginning of August for 2 weeks . The camp is extremely big with nice walk pathways . We could have morning and late evening jogs and I thought that was a really fantastic place away from the crowded city . The swimming pools are enormous and very clean the hygiene level quite satisfactory...

We (family of 4 with 2 teens) have just returned from a 9 night stay and we booked with Eurocamp. We took a taxi from the airport and it cost €50. The site is large with quite a bit of work happening but this wasn’t disruptive. And everything seemed very new and clean. We got takeaway pizzas from...

Came for a Easter holiday break.

The site is very clean, easily accessible and well kept. There is a local store down the road, but not really walking distance especially due to lack of pavement and if having to carry items back, so either need a car or rely on shop on site, which was not open.

Unfortunately i would not recommend, we were charged for food we did not receive, we had taken a shuttle to the beach and had to than wait over an hour to return when we had rang twice they said five minutes away, our shower setting is only at freezing and when we had maintenance come out we were told...
